I could hardly believe my eyes! Cobwebs everywhere, and absolutely no bars in the bathroom for safety. The bed was as lumpy as a backroad, but who needs comfort? I requested a room upgrade, but nope, was treated like any other person. I almost left a good review but just couldn’t!

Unfortunately, I faced issues with cleanliness. there were ants in the room! Also, the outdated facilities were noticeable.

The indoor pool area was nice and clean. I faced issues with the staff's responsiveness to basic requests. Room had a comfortable sofa bed and decent decor. Would prefer a better breakfast option instead of just microwave sandwiches.

Unfortunately, the room cleanliness left much to be desired with lingering cobwebs and poorly vacuumed floors. Additionally, the bathroom lacked basic safety bars, raising concerns about accessibility. A significant annoyance was the misleading breakfast pricing. I expected a complimentary breakfast, especially at this price point, but had to fork out extra for a basic meal instead.

the check-in process was a bit slow. but the indoor pool was fun and well-maintained, the breakfast options were plentiful with fresh fruits, and the staff exceeded expectations with their warm service.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was a solid choice! It was spacious, super clean, and the bed was really comfy. I also liked having the extra pull-out sofa for lounging. The bathroom was nice and well-kept. The indoor pool looked inviting, though I didn't get a chance to use it. Overall, a comfy spot for the time I spent there.

Warm, warm, warm

The staff here. I loved relaxing in the indoor heated pool, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Plus, waking up to delicious breakfast options and grabbing my favorite Starbucks on-site was the icing on the cake!

I had an outstanding experience at Courtyard By Marriott Kokomo. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my family feel right at home. Our Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. The convenience of having Starbucks on-site and the quality of the breakfast options enhanced our mornings.

The hot water was inconsistent on our first day.
